We started Vivid Events Group with the goal of providing unique and personalized event planning services. Our team has over 20 years of experience in the industry and a passion for creating unforgettable events.

Event Planning Services

Day-of Planning Coordination

As your day-of planner, Vivid Events Group is your go-to professional for ensuring your big day unfolds exactly as you envisioned. While we don’t handle the initial planning, we are on site the day-of your big event make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Here’s what we do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all your vendors
  • Facilitate communication between the venue and the wedding party
  • Assist with timing and coordination of the ceremony
  • Troubleshoot any issues that come up on the day

Prices starting at $750.

Month-of Coordination

 You may just need assistance tying up loose ends + to assure that everything will go according to your vision. Our coordinators will implement all of your fine detail so you can relax + enjoy!

Here is a brief list of just a few of the tasks we take care of with our month-of coordination packages:

- Unlimited calls, emails, advice + guidance through planning

- Access to our preferred vendor list, full of stellar discounts

- Final details meeting to wrap up all logistics

- Create a detailed schedule that all vendors follow

- Coordinate all rehearsal details

- Collect wedding items so we can set up while you're getting ready

- Set out ceremony, cocktail + reception décor

- Welcome guests upon arrival 

- Provide an E.R day of kit

- Reserve special guest seating

- Prepare ceremony processional

- Pamper our couples- bustle dress, deliver drinks, etc.

- Coordinate reception events, such as intros, cake cutting + toasts

Partial Planning

 You've done an amazing job planning most of your Event! But as the big day approaches, you might need a bit more help. That's where Vivid Events Group comes in! Our partial planning package ramps up 4 months before the your wedding or event, guiding you through the entire process. Here’s a glimpse of what’s included:

- Everything included in our coordination packages plus...

- Preparation of a tentative timeline to ensure smooth final planning

- Three phone meetings with vendors to finalize details

- Two in-person planning meetings

- Venue site visit to coordinate final logistics and preparations

 - Creation of diagram and layout details

- Collection of vendor insurances

- Final details meeting to review everything before the wedding

- Creation of your wedding day schedule and timeline, and more!


Prices starting at $1675.

Full Service Planning

With Full Service Planning for Vivid Events Group you will be assigned a knowledgeable and creative lead planner to  collaborate with you from beginning to end! Coordination services are automatically included. Here are just a few of the additional tasks that we take care of with our full service offerings:

- Custom event design 

- Venue tours, selection + booking 

- Monthly planning sessions (In person or virtual)

- Unlimited calls and emails

- Budget development + tracking

- Attend Vendor meeting and calls

- Preparation + maintenance of vendor payments
